These photos show the drilling of the bore. It was certainly a noisy operation. As it was being drilled, a sample of material
was taken every two metres and it was quite interesting seeing the different layers as the depth increased. It's a bit mind
boggling to think that we were exposing parts of the earth that probably hadn't seen the sun for millions of years.
Bore depth ended up at 78 metres, most of the water coming in at around the 32 metre mark. It's always a bit of a gamble
as to whether you'll get water at all, we were lucky, although the driller was fairly confident that we'd get water, just
a matter of how much.
